| The National Museum of Mexican Art is featuring a powerful exhibit, Rastros y Cronicas: Women of Juarez, which is shining light on an important women’s issue. The number of women killed in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico continues to increase. Artists portrayed their view on the violence against these women using traditional paint as well as detailed 3-dimensional displays. The pieces portray real women and girls who are either missing or lost their lives due to the violence in Mexico. |
