Michelle L’Amour Burlesque Studio

Since 2002, Michelle L’Amour (http://www.michellelamour.com/) has been mesmerizing the world with her “ass that goes POW.” She has instructed women on how to be comfortable in their own skin and made her studio a welcome place for both men and women. Ms. L’Amour also hosts a series of events where open-minded people can see the naked side of Chicago, including a monthly reading in the nude.

This month’s Naked Girls Reading featured “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. Warm temperature and a beautiful smile behind reception, welcomed attendees who immediately removed their coats and found seats in front of the red-lit couches. Once everyone was seated, the women strolled from behind a screen to the comfortable seats. Before the reading, Michelle signed the contract for her book due to be released in 2010, “Sexy Chicago.” She and the women then portrayed an artistic and tasteful reading of the holiday story. It was refreshing to hear the classic “Christmas Carol” with such softness and poise.
