The dojo, who’s name translates as “Beginner’s Mind,” offers training in the arts of Aikido, Kenpo, Karate, Yoga and Zen Meditation. The school’s founder envisioned a place where people studying “the way” could do so under one roof. Each technique takes years to master but the results are almost poetic. the grace and and poise noticed in any martial artist is worth trying to attain. On top of mastering such an art, the dojo offers a place to meet like-minded people that have a sense of family on and off the mat.
